Try to arrive at least 15 minutes
early. This is your special time to unwind and relax.
Also, as a new client, we may need you to fill out a
client form in order to ensure the best service.

Everything you need for your visit will be provided for
you.

Privacy
& Modesty
All of our day spa therapists are sensitive to
privacy issues. They will explain what you need to do to
prepare for a treatment, and will leave the room while you
undress and position yourself with the appropriate coverings.

Health
Issues
Please let us know about any health conditions
you might have as it is critical to your enjoyment and safety.
Don't ever be afraid to speak up if you are experiencing
discomfort during a treatment. Good communication is the
key to a great spa experience!

Mobile Phones
Mobile phones are highly
discouraged in the Spa;
we want you and all of our guests
to be completely relaxed!
We ask that you please leave your
phone off or on silent. |
Food
Should I eat anything before I arrive? Yes and
no.
Arrive without hunger pains, but not stuffed. There are
always beverages on offer, just ask! |
